The picture clearly shows a small Jeep Wrangler bumper grill imitation on the front of the bumper, however the one that was delivered to me does not have 5 full cut slots, it has a giant chrome R instead. I wouldn't mind if I could just remove the R and uncover the slots, but they didn't cut them the whole way down like in the advertised picture.
The Jeep Wrangler bumper appears to be well built and came with all the components to install - except the instructions. It's not hard to figure out how to mount it, but there's a couple extra washers that I'm not sure where they wanted them used. This was difficult to get your hands up behind the bumper during installation to install the nuts and bolts. An air ratchet makes it significantly easier, because the nuts wouldn't thread all the way on by hand due to the paint on the threads.
If you don't have an air ratchet, make sure you wire brush the threads and test the nuts so that you can get them threaded on by hand. If you don't it will take you a while to get them tightened.
